Quality Co-ordinator

Working as a crucial member of the Quality and Compliance team, you will interact closely with Hospital staff and management to ensure the ongoing monitoring, compliance and review of our ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System and the Core Standards for Safety and Quality in Healthcare.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• ISO Accreditation Program
• Day to day management and operations of the document management system
• Undertaking and managing the auditing processes
• Providing support, education and guidance in relation to processes and reviews
• Identifying relevant quality related training needs and delivering training as required
• Identifying and developing opportunities for continuous improvement
• Acting as a Workplace Rehabilitation Co-ordinator
You will be a highly motivated professional with a passion for maintaining and improving quality outcomes and a proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service. Superior written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail are also requirements of this role. It is essential that you have previous experience of accreditation processes and an understanding or knowledge of ISO9001 and quality management systems would be advantageous.

Qualified Chef

Part time – 60+ hours per fortnight
Work only every second weekend
An opportunity is currently available for a Qualified Chef to assume responsibility for the day to day cooking activities in our busy “cook fresh" kitchen. Working in a small team of qualified Chefs, you will work on a rotating roster preparing and cooking daily meals as well as providing support to other kitchen staff to ensure the delivery of high quality meals to inpatients. With a broad range of culinary experience, you will also be required to prepare and provide advice with menu planning for all in-house functions.
With a passion for great food and exceptional customer service, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the catering team. It is essential in this role that you are able to effectively communicate with staff and patients and have a strong dedication to Food Safety, OH&S and HACCP.
